Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
This Policy governs the cancellation, returns and refunds process followed by MAGNACRAFT:
Cancellation requests should be made by the customer within 48 hours from placing the order by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org . Please include order number in the email.
Return & Refund
Please include your order number (sent to you via order confirmation email) and mention the reason why you’re requesting a return or a refund. We at MAGNACRAFT constantly try to improve our products and services based on the customers’ feedback and suggestions.
In case you feel that the Product(s) received is not as per the description thereof provided on the MAGNACRAFT online store, such discrepancies should be brought to us in writing, within 48 hours of receiving such Product(s). The approval of return of product(s) and refund of payments made by the customer will be solely at the discretion of Via Magna Private Limited (the Company) after due investigations.
Conditions for Return:
- Please notify us of receipt of a damaged / defective product or an incorrect product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
- Products/Items should be unused.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- Returns should be adequately packaged in order to avoid in-transit damage of goods.
The return process of the product will be determined depending on the nature and category of the product.
Upon receipt of the product, it will be subjected to a thorough inspection to ascertain if the claim is valid. Subsequently MAGNACRAFT shall, at its sole discretion, will approve or reject the return / refund request.
In case your return request is approved and you opt for a replacement, we will re-ship the product to you at our cost. In case the item is not in stock for replacement, we will refund the full amount you paid.
All refunds will be initiated within 10 business days upon approval of the refund request.
Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order
- Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 20 working days and the refund will be shown in the next statement.
Product returns may be declined if MAGNACRAFT finds any of these criteria compromised or proof provided is insufficient.
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame
- Anything is found missing from the package you've returned including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
- Defective/damaged products that are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, in case applicable.
- Product is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage due to inappropriate handling of product.
If you are shipping the Product
Carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip
Write the reason for returning the product on your packing slip; if the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date, the original invoice number and the item number for the product.
Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or refund.
